Rooms, Location was excellent. Chef Sudesh was very cooperative, he came to the room and took order for the food and prepared excellent food as we requested. Overall it is a very good place to stay

Very good stay. Staffs are polite & helpful especially Mr. Rishab. Food is good. Need to improve a little in breakfast option. But food is delicious. All the amenities provided are good. Nice view from hotel.

Voyage glenz is located in a remote area which is difficult to reach as the roads after zuluk are not so good. Having said that, the service that the hotel provides is just amazing. We were very tired from our journey and were comforted by the staff with continuous hot bags supply until the heater was able to heat the room. Room service was available for food at all times. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. They also arranged bon-fire for us at a nominal cost. I would recommend this property to all the folks traveling to padamchen. A special appreciation for arun, chandni and praveen for providing great hospitality and service.

There was no hot water, the temperature was around 6-8 degrees so not having hot water was a major inconvenience. The staff were very courteous, and the property itself was nice.

The resort was excellent. The views are picturesque and it is located in the middle of nowhere. The staff was extremely good and the food was amazing as well!

We booked 3 Suite Rooms with Valley View Rooms for 24-26th May 2024. At the time of checkin we were denied the rooms with view and after a discussion we were given 2 rooms with Valley View (T-301 and T-302) and one room with no valley view(T-201). They have only 2 Suite rooms with valley view, and they should not have been selling 3 rooms with view when they only have 2. The room service is average. There is hardly anyone at the reception to attend calls and the room service was delayed. I guess the hotel is short of staff at this point. The food quality is not upto the mark except the buffet breakfast on the last day. We had taken Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner package. The buffet served in dinner on the second day was disappointing. The spread was limited and the quantity served was inadequate. We had to wait for food to be served even though we went down to eat at 8 15 PM. The only non veg dish was chicken curry, in which the chicken was burnt. The paneer used in the Bhurji was not fresh. Toilets were not cleaned properly at the time of check in. There is no additional facilities in the resort. We had a good nature walk with one of the hotel staff. In all I would rate my stay as average and may not want to come back to this one again.
